Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 20 May 2026
1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the Printvine website and the digital print design services we provide. By browsing the website, placing an order or using our services, you agree to these Terms.
2. Our Services
Printvine provides digital print design services for businesses that need artwork prepared for print. This may include flyers, leaflets, brochures, posters, banner stands, presentation folders and other print-ready marketing materials.
Our service may include:
- Artwork setup and design.
- Upload and brief handling through your portal.
- Proofing and revision handling.
- Sending of final high-resolution print files.
3. Eligibility
Our services are intended for business use. By placing an order, you confirm that you are acting on behalf of a business or organisation and that any information you provide is accurate.
4. Ordering and Payment
Orders are placed through the website by selecting a service, completing checkout and providing the required brief or files through your portal.
Payment is due at the time of order unless we agree otherwise in writing. We reserve the right to pause work until payment has been received in full.
Prices shown on the website may change from time to time, but the price applied to your order will be the price shown at checkout unless there has been a clear error.
5. Proofs and Revisions
Once your order has been reviewed, a designer may be assigned and a proof may be uploaded to your portal for review.
You are responsible for checking all proofs carefully before approving them. This includes spelling, layout, colours, contact details, pricing and any other content you have supplied.
Revisions are included only within the scope of the service purchased. Changes outside the original brief, or requests that significantly alter the work, may require additional time or extra charges.
6. Final Files
Final files are sent once the proof has been approved and the order has been completed.
Unless we state otherwise, Printvine supplies digital artwork files only. We are not responsible for printing issues, colour variation, paper choice, finishing, printer setup or any other issue caused after the artwork has been sent.
7. Your Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- Upload only content you have the right to use.
- Check proofs carefully before approval.
- Respond in a reasonable time if we need clarification.
- Ensure your business, products and claims comply with the law.
You are responsible for the content you provide and for how you use the final files.
8. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of the content you supply to us, such as your logos, images, text and brand assets, where you have the right to use them.
We retain ownership of our working files, concepts, unused drafts and internal design materials unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Once full payment has been received, you may use the final approved artwork for the purpose it was created for. Editable source files are not included unless we specifically say so.
9. Service Availability
We aim to keep the website and portal available and working properly, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may update, change or temporarily suspend parts of the service for maintenance, improvements or technical reasons.
10. Cancellations and Termination
Printvine provides a bespoke design service, not a physical product, so cancellation works as follows:
- You can cancel for a full refund at any time while your order is still awaiting your brief and no design work has begun.
- Once you submit your brief and your job is assigned to a designer, work has started and the order is no longer refundable, because you're paying for design time.
- If something's wrong with your order, email hello@printvine.co.uk and we'll do our best to put it right.
Because this is a custom service that starts at your request, by submitting your brief you ask us to begin work immediately and acknowledge that you waive your statutory 14-day cancellation right from that point.
We may suspend or terminate access to the service if:
- You breach these Terms.
- You misuse the website or portal.
- You provide false or misleading information.
- Your use of the service causes harm to our business, platform or reputation.
11. Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Printvine is not liable for:
- Loss of profits, revenue, business or opportunity.
- Errors that were present in content you supplied or approved.
- Printing issues caused by third parties after final files have been sent.
- Delays caused by missing information, late approvals or circumstances outside our control.
Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
12. Data Protection
We handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, the updated version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the website or services means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
15. Contact
If you have any questions about these Terms, please contact Printvine using the contact details shown on the website.
